The BOTOX Cosmetic Benefits Program is a no-fee rewards program by Allergan.  It offers returning BOTOX® clients a $25 Master Card GIFT CARD good towards their next BOTOX® treatment at Cosmetique. This offer is activated 3 months after your BOTOX treatment and expires 3 months later.  So, you can use the $25 gift card towards BOTOX at Cosmetique up to 6 months after your visit.  THIS IS NOT A CREDIT CARD.  It's a rewards program through Allergan, who also sends members offers and invitations for special events.
